Gulshan-2 OSM Error: In-App Downloader Not Fully Load OSM XML #64

This bug exists on 9572772a731df1253875deb53e4470daeff22fdf but is not a problem in the 0.9 APK.

Sometimes when downloading OSM XML in the app, the files complete and download normally, but then the OSMMapBuilder fails to make progress. It then does load when restarting the app.

Because this only happens when downloading OSM in the app, I am suspicious that this problem is related to #63

This may be a 2-part bug. In the APK, the loader is fine, but not all of the buildings load when getting Road & Buildings Data in Gulshan-2, Dhaka. There is probably some strange edge case to the OSM XML that is not being handled properly.

The in-app downloader is an added bonus to the primary deployments workflow. Not high priority.
