Basemaps don't stay fixed when you come back into OMK

If you add a basemap it always seems to default back to the HOT one whenever you enter back into OMK from ODK. Ideally, OMK would persist this.

This got resolved long ago. I think this slipped through the cracks? Reopen if still an issue.
