Random squares? #18

There are a few here (testing on a Washington State extract) #19/47.60758/-122.32091

Certainly caused by the new query in 904a0d35e740c91cea576a7fcd88232233dd47c0, which deliberately adds a few Maki squares as defaults for some features... need to debug further. Squares without names are not really useful.
