Package tocstyle no longer available #3

Hi, today I tried to setup the template for my thesis, however I wasn´t quite successfull so far.

One issue I encountered is, that tocstyle is no longer available in it´s alpha release (as mentioned in 3.1.2 tocstyle: This is an alpha version)

I solved this issue by manually downloading the package from http://svn.code.sf.net/p/koma-script/code/trunk/obsolete/tocstyle-obsolete/. Then I run it with Latex, this gave me the .sty file, that I was able to paste into the Miktex Packages manually.
