cannot find FontAwesome (I am using MacTex) #166

the font "FontAwesome" cannot be found

I am using MacTex which should already contain everything I need (including TexLive)

Try installing the font on your mac, that worked for me. Just double-click the font in the 'fonts' folder (/fonts/FontAwesome.ttf), and hit the 'Install Font' button in the Font Book application.
