Add optional LinkedIn nickname #306

Add optional LinkedIn nickname instead of simply showing the LinkedIn ID. If you are unfortunate like my friend you may have a LinkedIn ID that is in this form: johndoe-8675235. This addition enables you to add a second parameter that can be displayed instad for a more aesthetic appearance in the header.

Im not exactly sure of the various ways of getting the LinkedIn ID. I just figured that everyone took the name that was in the url when you are on your profile page. If there is another way the PR might have some optimization in store. Anyhow, thanks for approving. Nice to be able to contribute to an already awesome repo.

What about in print though? Presumably if you enter go to linkedin.com/in/johndoe without the numeric ID your friend won't be found (and worse someone else's friend might be)?

I thought about this in adding Orcid, which is aesthetically even worse, but I think it's important it be usable when printed as well as while a digital, clickable, PDF.
