Solves Warning: File `cv.out' has changed #423 #425

As discussed in the issue 423 [1] the TeX file has to be re-rendered twice Because of the above-mentioned warning.

This patch fixes this and an additional warning causing a double rendering

I forgot to mention that the problems addressed by this PR, happen only on recent LaTeX distributions.

LGTM, I've just updated the CI workflow so that it should actually render the examples, if you wouldn't mind rebasing just so I can double-check the output before merge?

Done, from the UI as I was curious to test it:-D
