Remove '$' from README commands #23

Github provides a nice click to copy feature on all code blocks. This doesn't work when there is a '$' at the front.

Hey @posquit0, Thanks for sharing these awesome projects. Not sure why the checks are failing, seems unrelated since I only changed the README. Can you please have a look?
