Minor changes regarding mainly Follow #17

Show "Unfollow" when hovering & following, "Following" if following
Hide Follow button in own profile
Update followers count when following/unfollowing
Add links to user profile from "added_by" in playlist track list
Resize auth popup and place it in the middle of the screen
Fix audio tag reference so it keeps playing next track in queue
Fix routing so the cuurent page loads when reloading
