Added flagified versions of KRDA & PKMC logos, and some alternate color schemes for the basic PKMC logo. All images are double-res 512x320 PNG for improved readability over stock flag size. The _hq appended files are full-HD 1920x1080 images best used for other purposes. These can be deleted to save memory footprint or shoved inside a subdirectory to prevent loading.

I imagined the best way to distribute in-game flags of your logos was with the mod they come from.

Scratching this because it's messing with the .netkan for some reason and I didn't touch that.

Triple-checked everything, reopening. I think it should be fine. Just spooking myself with version history.

I'm not totally sure I want the flags in this distribution. I'll keep this open until I decide.
