Extremely efficient, deployable but non-rotating. Cools very well. In 2-3 sizes.

will there be any loss of coolant? or will the containment be 100 percent perfect?

I think in my ideal world it will be acceleration-dependant, so it would be perfect at no to low acceleration and have losses (or perhaps shut down/be less effective) at higher accelerations.
