Add SpaceDust resources to the Tracking Station #37

Allows SpaceDust resources to be seen in the Tracking Station.

Tested on KSP 1.11.1 and verified that the resources for Kerbin and Eve displayed in the same way in the Tracking Station as in flight.

To make merging easier, the precompiled DLLs in the tree were not updated with this change.

This actually works? I had some issues with coordinate systems being different in the tracking station.

So it is not perfect - the graphics normally shown by Space Dust on the planets do not appear in the Tracking Station. However, the resources and quantities do appear in my tests: image image
