Inconsistent 3.75m and 5m part unlocks with CTT

This started out as a bug report for missing patches for SDV-X 'Cronus' and SDV-G4 'Astrolabe' 5m parts with Community Tech Tree. However, as I took a closer look, I noticed more inconistencies with the 5m part unlocks. Whereas 3.75m parts are all unlocked at 800 and 1200 science nodes, 5m parts are all over the place, ranging from 550 to 2000 science. There are also some issues with the 3.75m unlocks. I have written unlocks that I believe to be misplaced in italic font.

"Short Term Habitation" (550 science) unlocks

• "Titan", small 5m habitation module. Too early, other habitation modules are unlocked by material and construction themed nodes.
• 2.5m hydroponics module
• "Coriolis", 2.5m centrifuge

"Long Term Habitation" (800 science) unlocks

• 3.75m logistics modules. Should be advanced logistics.
• "Atlas", large 5m habitation module. Maybe too early, other habitation modules are unlocked by material and construction themed nodes.

"Advanced logistics" (1200 science) unlocks

• "Mercury" and "Pilgrim", 3.75m centrifuges. Should be in long term habitation. The smaller centrifuges are unlocked by habitation nodes.
• 5m logistics modules
• The largest cargo containers
• 3.75m aqaculture and hydroponics modules. Should be in long term habitation. 2.5m hydroponics module is unlocked by short term habitation.

"Experimental Science" (800 science) unlocks

• "Delphi", 5m science lab. Maybe too early. The 3.75m science lab is unlocked by "Specialized Command Centers" (800 science).

"Exotic Alloys" (800 science) unlocks

• 3.75m to 5m adapters. Every other station adapter is unlocked alongside the main parts.

"Orbital Assembly" (800 science) unlocks

• The majority of 3.75m station parts
• "Minerva", 5m control module. The 3.75m control module is unlocked by "Specialized Command Centers" (800 science).

So here is how I would change it:

• Move all 5m parts not mentioned below to "Orbital Megastructures" (1200 science) this ensures there is a progression from 3.75m to 5m instead of unlocking both sizes at the same time.
• Move "Minerva" 5m control module to "Heavy Command Centers" (1200 science).
• Move "Delphi" 5m science lab to "Scientific Outposts" (1200 science) (or "Heavy Command Centers", see the optional change below).
• 5m domes stay at "Colonization" (2000 science). Add the missing "Astrolabe".
• Add "Cronus", the 5m centrifuge, to "Colonization" since there is no 1200 point node after "Long Term Habitation".
• Move the 3.75m centrifuges to "Long Term Habitation"
• Move the 3.75m aquaponics and hydroponics modules to "Long Term Habitation"
• Move 3.75m logistics to "Advanced logistics". This one I'm not 100% sure. It means 3.75m and 5m logistics are unlocked at the same time. But thematically, this is where those parts should be.

Optional change

• Move the 3.75m science lab to "Long Term Science Tech" (800 science) so it's on the same path as the 5m lab. Also fits the theme of the node better.

If you agree with those changes I will open a pull request.

I made a rookie mistake: I had Probes Before Crew enabled which makes heavy changes to part unlocks. As the 5m (and 1.875m) parts are not covered yet, the unlocks are very inconsistent compared to the other parts. I'll contact the creator of Probes Before Crew regarding compatibility.

But the 5m centrifuge and the "Astrolabe" dome still need a patch for Community Tech Tree.
