This proposal gives SSPX a niche in the USI-LS ecosystem by focusing on heavy, configurable parts to aid in reducing part count while remaining balanced per ton on large space stations and bases. When MKS is not installed, the masses are not modified, making the habitation somewhat overpowered, but remaining in the spirit of the previous version of this patch.

As discussed on the forum, not merging this, but recommend you make it available (as its own mod?) for people who want it.
