SDV-X 'Chronus' centrifugue has inoperable EVA airlock #287

Same as #286 - there is a visible hatch (on the part's trunk), but kerbals cannot EVA out of it.

This is using SSPXr 2.0.5 on KSP 1.11.2 .

This is intended due to KSP limitations around animated parts.
