Line 41: TechRequired = experimentalScienceTech

Should be: TechRequired = experimentalScience

It's missing without a tech tree mod. A tech tree mod may patch it so it would show up in the tech tree if one was used. edit1: Verified after installing TETRIX it now shows up. Probably the same if you use CommunityTechTree. So just an issue if you are Not using a 3rd party tech tree.
