Replace ExtraplanetaryLaunchpads with Launchpad (folder vs dll)
fixes #305 - MM Patch causing issues

As indicated in the answer to the issue, this change will just make the issue harder to debug for a user, and open pathways to difficult-to-diagnose issues.

I tried. There are fundamental problems with this patch, the most basic is that it doesn't look for the DLL but rather the folder. :(
