Added some subcategories and added support for CryoTanks CryoEngines Near Future Suite Kerbal Atomics RestockPlus HeatControl Tundra Exploration Tundra Technologies Kerbal Reusability Expansion Starship Expansion Project

The intent of this mod is hold the common configuration and the stock part assignments and for other ods to provide their own configs. This was a choice made so that every update to mods doesn't need this mod to push an update too. So these configs should exist either in their own mod or in the mods themselves.

All my mods will be updated with support once this mod is actually released.
