deal in spider is impossible - no trackball or.search key. #154

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a new game of spider
2. Try to deal

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of a new deal, I get nothing!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm on Xperia s, with android 4.0.4 

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't have a trackball! There are a big bunch of commentaries on this issue 
on the android market, but not a hint of a solution to make this new deal. Is 
it possible to add a new stack of reversed cards that we could tap to make the 
deal, like in solitary or forty thieves?

I propose a patch in the following issue, which would add a menu entry to deal 
cards.
