Add link to new client library .net core #64

I am wrote new library (api client) for .NET Core. Add link in docs, please

Please add this link, the .NET one (PostalServer-DotNet-Framework) currently listed is targeting full framework 4.5.2 and this on target .NET Core 7 and up. This would be a good addition.

Hmm, seems the build crashed. Must be the tooling since no commits changed anything recent after 2024-05-20?

UsageError: This project is configured to use yarn because /home/runner/work/docs/docs/package.json has a "packageManager" field
