Added composer support #16

Added support for composer / magento-hackathon installer. Fixes #12. @paales

Registered at https://packagist.org/packages/postcode-nl/api-magentoplugin as 'postcode-nl/api-magentoplugin'. Stable version will be available next week when our next version will be released. (or you can require "*@dev" to get the master branch.)
