Daily checkins? #2

Do we want to do daily stand ups? I vote yes, but keep them short (i.e. 5 minutes). If we want to do this we need to agree on a time. I propose 11:00am.

I would love to stop having 30-60 minute meetings and just push things to daily stand-ups, chat, and email. We can have quick conversations for deciding on things as well.

Thoughts?
