Organizational Structure #7

There are 6 of us now, so we need some kind of structure in place. One proposal from @rduecyg is to break things into 2 product teams and 1 consulting team. Another idea is to separate by skill (developer, designer, etc.)

We could also create a management structure with a manager for consulting and a manager for products who would make decisions for their respective areas.

Thoughts?

I think one lens that might be useful is to imagine how we will spend our time individually.

For example I've been thinking about the following structure (the parenthesis are what I would do, but would be different for others):

50% Primary Project (CityVoice: Marketing, Sales, Admin, Design/Development) 25% Admin/Org Tasks (PostCode Marketing/Visual Design, Assisting with admin) 25% Miscellaneous Cross Team work (Visual Design & Front End work for other teams and contracts)
