Enable Aram to edit site content #163

Right now this probably means the text on the front page and on the Info page.

There might be a way to push back on this a bit, provided we have a clear plan for how whoever is paid to maintain the application can do this. (I'm fine kicking the can own the road on this given all the other work we still have to do.)

I don't think we need to do this for tomorrow, as long as we get it done before July.
