Fix PostCSS CLI logo not loading. #363

Noticed that the PostCSS CLI logo wasn't loading due to gh-pages not being enabled on the PostCSS CLI repository anymore. So I updated the README to grab the logo directly from the repository using the raw.githubusercontent URL.

Set the branch to HEAD in-case the master branch ever changes names to something else. 🙂

Coverage remained the same at 81.41% when pulling 1363e5e3279f521fb8efbc6c49062e4e2d279807 on thinkverse:fix/readme-logo into 96b6521da8b8fb0349a853e432be4e4e272da4a2 on postcss:master.
