Newer version of css-color-function handles hue according to CSS Color W3C Editor’s Draft.

This PR adopts it and fixes issue #13.

Then you may close this PR if you don’t need updated tests. Or I can revert changes to package.json if this matters.

Thanks, but not useful indeed. Just uninstall & reinstall the package to get the update.
