Allow `warnings` option to be an object to configure each warning #106

Fixes #104. There are no breaking changes.

options.warnings: true | false (by default);

options.warnings: {
"no-value-notifications": true | false | "error",
"not-scoped-to-root": true | false | "error",
"circular-reference": true | false | "error"
}

options.noValueNotifications is deprecated;
