adjust implementation to postcss' new tranformer api.
drop Node 6/8 support. adjusted travis/babel configs. added "engines" field to package.json.
migrate to babel@7. use esm -> cjs without additional transformations. commonjs consumers will use .default.
upgrade all dependencies to latest stable.
move postcss to "peerDependencies".
add package-lock.json to repository.
