Hey, just realised this plugin is locked down to postcss 4.0.6, yet works fine against 4.1.x. It's causing JSPM to resolve the wrong version in my build, so could you bump that dependency?

PostCSS locked only in unnecessary devDependencies, which is used only in tests.
