6.3.0 is tagged as latest, not 6.4.0 #102

I found that 6.3.0 is tagged as latest on npm, not 6.4.0, and published time is a little strange. 

     '6.1.0': '2017-05-13T10:02:02.696Z',
     '6.4.0': '2017-06-05T06:23:41.711Z',
     '6.3.0': '2017-06-05T06:48:27.331Z'

~~sorry, it's my fault, to avoid confusion I unpublished 6.3.0 and 6.4.0 now last version 6.4.1~~

Now, the latest version is 6.1.0

@kouhin currently - 6.3.1 is last for previous postcss version and 7.0.0 for postcss 6
