Added babel disable cache #196

@thangngoc89 follow up discussion here. It slows down the script build a lot. Why is that?

You're disabling cache so it's understandable. I added BABEL_DISABLE_CACHE=1 to my blog this morning because I'm seeing some weird errors and behaviors.
