Update to typedoc broke the API page: default #260

All the class names are now 'default': https://postcss.org/api/

I had a go at fixing it but couldn't... it seems typedoc 0.20 changed a lot of things...

might be related: https://github.com/TypeStrong/typedoc/issues/1460
