Add light red background to links in doc to indicate they are clickable. I prefer this to the original style since links are APIs and are set to different font which makes them wierdly lined within normal font without a distinguished background.
Hover on sidemenu links makes words turn red.
I didn't make navigation bar stick to the top because I feel it's still unnature to set its background as a pure color and I have to figure out what's the best way to deal with it.
