Update dependencies #63

Use PostCSS 7. Remove Node 4 support.

Didn't update the ESLint PostCSS config, because it has many new peer dependencies. It's better to update in another PR.

Released in 2.0. Thanks, I forgot about SugarSS during PostCSS 7.0 release.
