context:

• the new Postgres images (14.3,13.6,12.11,11.16,10.21) has been created ~now ; so the latest Monday "Docker PostGIS CI" not contains the latest images and security fixes ( https://www.postgresql.org/about/news/postgresql-143-137-1211-1116-and-1021-released-2449/ )
• so this is a manual update for the latest patches and security fixes.

2022-05-12 : "The PostgreSQL Global Development Group has released an update to all supported versions of PostgreSQL, including 14.3, 13.7, 12.11, 11.16, and 10.21. This release closes one security vulnerability and fixes over 50 bugs reported over the last three months."
