Postgres 15 has just been released Builds now include Postgres 15.
Postgres versions less than 10 have gone out of support. November 11, 2021 9.6 - Final Release - November 11, 2021 https://www.postgresql.org/support/versioning/
Therefore builds using Postgres with versions less than 10 have been removed.
Documentation about examples using Postgres 15 are not the documenation in the files userguide.md and install.md
