Numbering of export usfm files are not correct #39

Hi, The number of the NT file must begin to 41, according to the paratext rules. See this bug report.

Refer to the USFM User Reference the page about Book Abbreviations in the section called Identification. See screenshot below, taken from the .CHM file.

The first column in the table gives the number.

Numbering the NT books 41 through 67 has been specified from the start.

This is what ParaTExt requires. Bibledit should do likewise.

PS. Someone should check whether Bibledit-Cloud has the same issue!
