Add Fitbit detection #5

If the Fitbit is charging it can be found when scanning for BT devices. I want it to be discovered (with btscand) and send a notification if we are about to leave the house In the morning. More or less “don’t forget me, I’m charging”.

Made some initial changes to btscand to allow a filter, so only devices covered by the filter is tracked. Got a log of rouge devices before... Not sure if it works yet and I don't have the correct MAC of the fitbit yet.
