State of PSD2 #110

Let's do a check-in for our customers on the state of PSD2. Starting with 1000 words on where things stand in 2022, and then we can assess how we can respond with more workspaces, APIs, collections, templates, and rules to support. Using this potential blog post as a baseline for building on.
