Update irc link #7

chat.freenode.net don't work instead webchat.freenode.net works.

So changing link

@thedeveloperr There's no issue with the IRC link, but with your IRC client which you may be using. Webchat is an online platform by Kiwi which allows you to join different IRC channels, I'll suggest you using Hexchat or Pidgen to connect to chat.freenode.net
