[semver:skip] Upgrading newman. #13

This Orb has gone a bit stagnant. This PR restructures it to the recommended project structure promoted by CircleCI. A new job has been added to make a common use case more accessible. Automated testing via CircleCI has been added, which includes their recommended approach for automated releases.
