Ability to configure client certificate in WebSocket #10189

There's no way to set up a client certificate for a secure WebSocket request.

Describe the solution you'd like

Respect the client certificates configured for HTTP requests in the settings to be used for WebSocket requests as well.

I would like exactly the same, to use the client certificates configured for HTTP requests for Websocket requests also
