Unable to reorder requests, tabs, env vars, or folders in Scratch Pad #11294

Describe the Issue

I have a collection in Scratch Pad with N number of requests. I want to reorder them so I can run the collection has a series of tests. Normally when reordering requests, an orange line appears to show where the request will "land", and the request moves to the line's position. But now I just get a green plus sign pointer, no orange line appears, and the request does not move. This worked at before; I'm not certain which update broke this.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to Scratch Pad
  2. Open a collection of at least two requests
  3. Try to move the second request above the first, or the first below the second
  4. Observe the request does not move.

I wanted to add an update. Reordering of tabs is behaving the exact same way in the Scratch Pad. When you try to drag a tab, either left or right, the green plus pointer appears, and the tabs never change order. This might be an issue with the drag and drop ordering in general.

Update: Drag and drop reordering of environment variables are behaving the same way.

This issue still exists.

I updated the app today and the issue still exists. The current version the update process installed is: Version 10.5.8 UI Version: 10.5.8-ui-221206-0716 Desktop Platform Version: 10.5.2 (10.5.2)
