Wrong encoding in save file dialog (when exporting) #12278

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the Issue

When clicking "Export" in any context (Environment, Collection...) ...

a save file dialog shows up, but encoding is clearly wrong

Steps To Reproduce

Click "Export" menu item in any context menu (Environment, Collection...) and experience wrong encoding in save file dialog that shows up afterwards.
