Apply search and sorting to 'environment quick look'

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Adding a saved sort order, and search to the 'environment quick look' feature would help get to environment variables as quickly as possible. Having to open up the full edit screen is tedious and time consuming.

Describe the solution you'd like

As a user, I'd like quicker access to find and edit environment variables.

AC:

• environment quick look window has search box at top of window
• search box value persists as I leave and return to environment quick look
• environment quick look window has sort toggle on the variable column.
• sort order is saved and persists as I leave and return to environment quick look
• When hovering a variable and seeing the current/initial value, add an option to edit

Additional context

My environments have about 200 variables each, which makes the quick look feature almost unusable. I love the features in the environment edit screen, but the sort order does not carry over to the quick look window, and its a bit cumbersome to have to open the environment edit screen every time I want to search for or edit a value.

I see search was added to the environment selection. I hope that means this feature is coming soon. It would be a huge time saver.
