What are you requesting here.. could you attach a screenshot?
By default in proxy tab sone options were enabled. I disabled those, restarted and I worked.
At present I see Use system Proxy and Respect HTTP_PROXY is enabled and eveything is working for me.

I see solution for Windows but there is nothing for MacBook. I saw MACBook firewall that is disabled which means all incoming requests are allowed.
