Not able to load the Postman workspace in the desktop #13067

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the Issue

Screenshot 2024-08-12 095521 This workspace keeps on loading continuously. I also tried to reinstall it but it still doesn't work. A fix will be appreciated.

  1. Open the Postman Desktop, it should be signed in already.

I have the same issue. Postman 11.7.0 on MacOS 14.6

HELP, COMPLETELY STUCK!

Worked on Friday, didn't work today Monday. No upgrades done by me client-side. Something changed server-side?

Tried the tips in https://support.postman.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026088854-Postman-is-stuck-on-the-load-screen didn't help.

It's 8 in the evening here now so too late. But tomorrow between 10 and 17 UTC+2 timezone is fine. My email is in the github profile.

I'm sorry I can't join the meeting but I got the fix which is here https://support.postman.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026088854-Postman-is-stuck-on-the-load-screen Actually after uninstalling, you have to remove the postman's local data. And after installing again you'll basically have to login again and it will work fine.

All is good again! Uninstall, remove local data, reinstall did the trick. Thanks for the support.
