Postman not sending requests

Describe the Issue

Postman is not sending any http requests. I have tried restarting the extension and even uninstalling it but no progress. The left pallet has a consistent "Unable to load items. Retry".

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the Postman VS code extension
2. Send a http GET request

@NgunyiGachie Can you please check your proxy settings or reload the app? If the issue persists can you please share the logs file? You can access the log file from the ... menu in the sidebar
