Describe your current workflow How do you use Postman with the rest of the tools in your stack to achieve your use-case? When API testing is executed, the results are manually recorded in ServiceNow

Describe your ideal workflow How would you want Postman to integrate with specific products/tools to simplify or enhance your experience? Ideally, when the runner is executed, the test Ids are added to each endpoint, currently as a comment, and the results would automatically be recorded to servicenow per run execution.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered. N/A

@SergioMoralesWGU I work as PM in the Integrations team and would love to know your use case in detail. I have a clarifying questions.

  1. You want to push out your collection run results to ServiceNow?
  2. Do you also use Postman Monitor to run collections or just collection runner?
  3. Can you clarify on the testIds that you attach to each endpoint as a comment? No able to understand this use case.
  4. If possible can you share some insights on your testing workflow. Like you run your tests manually each time?
