I just would like to point out that the README suggests to edit /etc/bashrc on OSX, but on my 10.12 system this a read-only file, so it's maybe not be a good idea.
-r--r--r-- 1 root wheel 265 Jul 31 2016 /etc/bashrc
~/.bash_profile is probably a better suggestion, thoughts?
